Facility: Material Fielding (FID) Location:United States, Ft. Detrick, MD
Scope: We are looking for a Management Analyst with demonstrated experience in program management and analysis to support requirements, budgets, schedules, and data interpretation for technology and systems acquisition. Working with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals with leading-edge technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree
Active Secret Clearance
10 years of program analyst, budget and schedule experience
4 years of experience in processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for Federal programs
Core Duties:
Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses
Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program IPTs and IPT-directed business meetings
Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information relating to DL-related technologies and systems acquisition and product programs
Track program/project status and schedules
Apply policies and procedures for financial planning Detailed pay rates and benefits will be outlined in the interview phase
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk, stand, and bend for 6-8 hours per day
Able to distinguish between basic colors
Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print
Ability to communicate effectively with customers in stressful situations
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and undergo urine drug testing
Advanced medical and anatomical skills
Knowledge of general surgery practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong motor skills and manual dexterity
Ability to work long and irregular hours
Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and focused on stressful situations
Organizational and time management skills
