Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Head of Nursing to join our team located in Makassar, Indonesia. 

This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, the implementation of nursing standards, and the professional development of nursing staff. The Head of Nursing will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment

Contract Details:

Contract commitment: minimum. 12 months  

Relocation to Indonesia required. 

Expat compensation packet: TBD 


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. 
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and safety. 
  • Identify and address training and development needs, facilitating ongoing education and professional growth. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation. 
  • Promote effective communication and teamwork within the nursing department and across the hospital. 
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international nursing standards and regulations. 

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is highly desirable. 

  • A minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
